Large Solar Tracker

The only power building worth building: strong daytime output with a 10 kWh battery for the night.

Overview

Solar is the only power source, and the Large Solar Tracker is the only panel worth placing. The small Solar Post has no battery and stops at night; the mid-size option is weaker per dollar. The tracker charges its battery during the day and keeps machines running through the night.

Lunar nights are long, and stations near the poles get shorter or later sunlight — mountains can delay sunrise for your base. If machines stall overnight, add panels; you will see battery percentages draining in the power readout.

2 trackers per Pressure Chamber, 3 per Stone Press.
Build panels before machines so the battery is already charged when production starts.
